- If you live in Australia and have included all your details, including payment, your order will be shipped in 48 hours (pending stock availability)
- If an item(s) / colour / design is not in stock we will let you know by email or phone.
- If you have not included your payment details, we will contact you by phone; please make sure that you have included your contact details.
- For credit card payments we accept Visa or Mastercard only. Sorry, we do not accept American Express.
- Alternative forms of payment: cheque or EFT.

- If you are an international customer (including NZ) we will get in touch with you by email to confirm freight costs.
